Kiss and make up.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Flush. (and put the seat down)
Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
Live a balanced life - learn lots, think lots, draw, paint, sing, dance, play and work every day.
Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go into the world, watch for traffic, hold hands, and stick together.
